James Malinchak Tells Entrepreneurs And Speakers To Produce A Hate List To Get Ahead In Running A Business

By Rubin Price

Probably the most controversial ideas get you ready for greatness, and creating a list based on hate is among the best things you can do for your business as a speaker or entrepreneur. I realize that most of the time, It is best to concentrate on the positive, however, this is one time that focusing on the negative is of immense value to you as well as your business! This advice is so huge that it is going to be worth every single moment of your investment of your time right here and right how!

What I want you to complete to maximize your business is to create a list of what you absolutely hate doing! That is right; I want you to produce a 'hate doing list.' When it comes to your entrepreneurial or speaking business, there are tasks that you hate completing. If you abhor participating in this, why are you doing it? Obviously, these tasks need to be done by somebody, but it doesn't have to be carried out by you. I actually do agree there are certain things that have to be done with your guidance, but even those tasks do not have to be completed by you from beginning to end.

Therefore, the best way to get the haters out of your life is to produce a hate list! A hate list is a listing of stuff that if you need to complete them you avoid, complain, whine, and procrastinate simply because they have to be done. Should you rather have your teeth drilled or maybe your fingernails served, than these items continue the hate list! The reason is that just because you hate them doesn't mean someone else does not like to do to those same tasks. For example, if filing papers drives you batty, find a person who enjoys to file papers. If you dislike typing, find a person who loves typing for hours on end.

It doesn't matter what you detest to complete, you will find a large number of people who love to get it done, and they'd like to do it for you personally! Over the years of consulting with other entrepreneurs, I've met people from one extreme to another. From people who love to clean up toilets to people who like to landscape in the hot sun to individuals who love to dumpster dive for treasures to individuals who love to code html. Regardless of what you will find probably the most dreadful thing to do, there is somebody out there dying to get their hands on your dreadful projects!

Your hate list will parallel someone else's listing of the things they enjoy the most. It is fascinating to imagine that someone likes that which you hate, so allow them to do it and reward them by paying them to do the things they love! After you have the hate list, and once you have ranked them from most hated to least hated, you'll be on your way to developing a list that'll be in your what to look for in your next hired or freelance employee!
